3 Palms Hotel is a decent stay with clean and updated rooms, located conveniently near a park and Old Town Scottsdale. I appreciated the dog's friendly policy, making it easy for my four-legged family member. However, the noise from the pool area and subpar check-out experience could be improved. Overall, it offers good value for money, but I have some reservations about the general upkeep and service.

I had a really mixed experience at this hotel. While the rooms were clean and well-kept, I encountered some significant issues with service, particularly during check-in. The location was convenient and the whirlpool tub in the suite was a delightful touch, but the presence of cockroaches was quite off-putting. Overall, it had its perks but also some glaring downsides.
